    You know the voice is all the same person Pamela Adlon, she does Bobby, and Milo from the Oblongs among numerous other cartoon voices. She’s also on Californication, as Cokey Smurf (anyone who watches it, would know who that is)

    as I said before, and I will say it again, the voice is Pamela Segall, who does BOBBY, and also a number of MANY voices, She was also , long time ago, the sister in THE GATE…(Watch the Disney Channel..and her voice is everywhere, Like The Kids next Door…Leelo, etc…)
